System (from Latin systēma, in turn from Greek σύστημα systēma) is a set of interacting or interdependent entities forming an integrated whole. The concept of an 'integrated whole' can also be stated in terms of a system embodying a set of relationships which are differentiated from relationships of the set to other elements, and from relationships between an element of the set and elements not a part of the relational regime. The scientific research field which is engaged in the study of the general properties of systems include systems theory, cybernetics, dynamical systems and complex systems. They investigate the abstract properties of the matter and organization, searching concepts and principles which are independent of the specific domain, substance, type, or temporal scales of existence. Most systems share common characteristics, including:

For example, University of California and California State University. University of North Carolina and NC State. OU and OSU. I understand that they are two different systems. But what distinguishes the two? Is there a distinguishing factor other than that they are simply administered under separate jurisdictions? Even though the University of [State] system is usually larger, that is not always the case. Do all of the University of [State] systems have something in common, and do all the State University systems have something in common? Q. I am doing a project worth quiet a bit of my grade. I need to explain a connection between those as well as these questions. How are the respiratory and Circulatory system related, and How is the respiratory and digestive system related. Or any Connection you can think of for Animal Anatomy and Physiology. Thanks Asked by ryan.schilke - Thu Jun 12 23:10:07 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments A. when you breathe in, your lungs fill with air. your circulatory system runs around all of your body, including your lungs. the hemoglobin proteins in your bloodstream pick up the oxygen from your lungs, and that hemoglobin-oxygen complex (called oxyhemoglobin) dumps off the oxygen to all the other parts of your body. now that blood has no oxygen, and must be pumped back over to the lungs, via your heart. and for the digestive system, your small intestines folds up on itself a bunch of times to give itself more surface area to absorb more nutrients. on each of the folds are tiny little "fingers" called villi which are what actually absorb the nutrients, and there's even microvilli on top of the villi. the bloodstream runs through the villi… [cont.] Answered by cgsman6345 - Thu Jun 12 23:17:49 2008 How to change file system from NTFS to FAT32 while keeping the data on the drive?
Q. Hello. I have an external hard drive that is formatted in NTFS file system and I would like to have it in FAT32 so I can use it on my ps3 system. Thing is that the drive is half full with data and my main drive isn't big enough to copy, reformat and copy back. Is there any software that could change the file system without deleting the data from the drive? Thank you for your answer. Asked by Yamcha - Sun Feb 7 19:25:07 2010 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. As far as I know you can't... this is the same as re-formating. Even if there was a utility that claimed to be able to do it I would not do it without a backup. Get another hard drive large enough to backup if you really care about your data or burn it on a few DVDs. Then you can reformat your drive any way you like in the Windows computer management console.
