Q. What measures are necessary to moving in the direction of rightness? - Schools, that understand the different learning styles of its students and have programs designed with that in mind. - Non-profit organizations where the founders do not get rich (Churches, evangelists, etc.) - Pharmaceutical companies who actually care about prevention and cures. - Lenders who are not opportunists, and who do not penalize the poor. - A legal system that makes sense (Why is alcohol legal and marijuana is not?) - Where belief is respected as a personal choice and where one is not officially promoted over another. A. The problem with your examples is that the overwhelming majority doesn't care and the Ten Commandments are good moral guidelines for everyone. Simply b/c you hold a different viewpoint than I do doesn't mean that your belief is better than mine (in fact I would say it is faulty b/c you have no moral base to make laws on). Swearing in a president with the Bible is a tradition. Christianity is not promoted b/c that is as you said it is a tradition and Christians live by faith not tradition. Oh, and as this is a free country the president can make his own choice.

Why so many contrarian,illiterate or stupid people?
Q. Aren't you amazed at so many illogical, inaccurate and plain stupid answers some people will respond to perfectly legitimate questions? You may expect various answers when an opinion is sought of course, but when the only answer is finite like "How many hours in a day" you will find many people giving a thumb down to the answer 24. I find this to be the case with all extremists from both side. Although personal experience does shape a person's beliefs, it should not render them completely stupid. This Health-care debate is a great example! Those same politicians who pushed for this Government run part D Medicare drug program( A gift to the pharmaceutical industry), oppose a Government option as part of a reform bill. I don't even know what fashion is. So what should I wear?
Q. Ok so I'm a big science geek, and I used to have fairly unattractive so I really didn't care what I wore. Now, thanks to some great pharmaceuticals, and little time at the gym, I'm slightly less unattractive. The problem is that I've only got two pairs of jeans and about 10 band t-shirts, and no clue kind of clothes I should buy. I look like this now, And there's no personal info on that account, so don't bother /b (yeah I see you there anon) 1000 internets to anyone that can sort me out.
