How to make cheesecake without cream cheese?
Q. Where I live, cream cheese is only available in limited stores and is not cost effective. I have had cheesecake made of cottage cheese and yoghurt but have never been able to lay my hands on an actual recipe. Any suggestions?

How long will a cheesecake keep?
Q. If I bake a cheesecake how long will it keep in the fridge? Can it be frozen? Will it still be nice when dethawed or will it get mushy?

Q. My friend used to make cheesecake and use prepared frosting in the filling, and I was wondering if anybody had a recipe for a cheesecake like this. I prefer a recipe for a baked cheesecake. Thanks!
