Should I have to pay for my roomate's stuff that I broke?
Q. My roomate leaves his dungeons and dragons figures on the living room floor.all the time. (little figures like toy soldiers and monsters) I came home last night and stepped on his little figures with my cowboy boots. Crushed a bunch of them, accidentally at first.. He leaves them out all the time even after I ask him to pick them up.

Is there a way of me playing warhammer 40k without having to buy all the expensive figures?
Q. I'm a student who used to be into Warhammer 40k a few years back and have some models but not many. Recently I got back into it, bought a bunch of the codex's and just ordered the new rulebook. Me and my bro want to play the game again, but the models are so expensive and its so time-consuming the paint them, particularly if you want to play with armies of 1000pts+ . When we used to play we just used to cut-out bits of cardboard and use them, but if there were some other models, like toy soldiers etc. that were of a similar size (most that I've seen are too big) then I'd really appreciate someone sending me a link to where I could buy them, or if you have any other ideas as to how I could play 40k without spending too much would be… [cont.]

A. It is, of course, possible to play 40k with bits of paper and cardboard but I can't say that I see the appeal. The game is, ultimately, all about the clash of arms and the collision of might armies in a bloody trial by combat! So if we say that what you really want is to get decent models without the GW prices, then you have three basic options depending upon what you want out of the hobby. 1. online discount sellers. An increasing number of small, online traders off discounts of at least 10%, rising to 30% or more on many GW brands, especially on end-of-line products when new sets and versions are being rolled out.
