A. Different schools have different qualifications, and there are different positions requiring different qualifications as well. But in general: - A native English speaker - Experience in teaching and education - Degrees and/or certificates of education. Some schools require graduate level of education major - If your husband is not from a Western countries like the US, UK or Australia, they might require a minimum TOEFL score.
