Q. I have found wholesalers who sell pallets with that they aquired from the retailer, but how does one aquire pallets of returns/overstock items directly from the retailer? So to say bypassing the middle man...

A. All of their products come directly from either the manufacturer or the importer. When a manufacturer is introducing a new item they often need the warehouse space to put the new stuff so they sell the old stuff at a discount to get rid of it. Occasionally an importer will sell them new product at a deep discount because the importer has to buy a full container load to be profitable so if they sell half the container at their cost then they make money on the other half of the container.

Is the Memory Foam offered in mattresses on overstock.com the same as Tempurpedic or is it just a cheaper copy

A. it's not Tempurpedic. The memory foam, called viscoelastic, is patented in the Tempurpedic formulation. Other memory foams contain viscoelastic, but can't duplicate Tempurpedic's formula.

A. the only way to verify quality is to have it appraised. So buy the jewelery in advance, have it appraised within the return window, that way, if it's not real, you can return it. I've bought stuff (not jewelery) from Overstock and so far so good. Good luck!

A. When you have too many fish (or too large) to the available space... OR... too many fish(or too large) for the available filtration. You could have 2 fish in a 55g (Oscars ,let's say) and still be overstocked.You need more room... but you could have 100 Neons.It's size and load on the filtration that determine how you stock. Anytime you exceed the size or filtration limits of a tank you are "overstocked"... it's not a "number of fish" thing as much as a "tank size" and "filtration amount" thing.
