A. They might like people, management, business systems, prduct handing or merchandising...there are a number of reasons and while retail comes with many unpleasantries those who make a career out of it often are those who like management and business and don't mind people. Or are just plain crazy!

A. There are probably a tonne of answers to this question, but I think most of it has to do with the purchase power of the increasing population. in any market situation, retail or otherwise, the more people buying your goods causes the need for expansion, whether it be more people making your good or more people necessary to sell the good. As is the case with Wal-Mart, the require large numbers of people to create, move, market, and sell the large variety of goods that come in and leave their sales floor (their stores). Difference between trade revenue and retail value?
Q. I'm doing a report and really need to know, what is the difference between trade revenue and retail value in dollars. I'm not english speaker, so for me they seems to be the same thing, but the numbers are different for them.

A. If you were a trader you would make a bulk purchase so getting the items at trade prices, you would then uprate this price by normally 33% and sell each one to the consumer

A. I think you are asking are average retail investors across the board day traders? NO, that's why they lose so much, so often. Most retail investors know very little about the securities they own unless they actually work for the company itself. If your asking did trading patterns change on Wall St., YES. I submit Wall St. lost a few million small investors due to the fiascoes of the last 20 or so years. Many made nice sums only to see it disappear in a few instances. Not everyone changed patterns, but many will be more conservative, and better informed. Especially about who is managing their money. I hope I read right, if not ask again.

Asked by Tim - Mon Jul 21 16:50:35 2008 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments
A. if you're willing to shell out a few thousand per year, they'll let you do it, no problem. i don't know what the current price for a seat license is, but i remember a couple years ago when they switched to being a public, for-profit company and started renting seat licenses instead of letting members sell actual seats, the price for a new seat license was around $50k/year.

That Interest rate is OBSCENE!!! You Need to Sell this Car immediately!!! That Loan is KILLING you! I've bookmarked this site to go back to next time I need a loan... Hope that helps.

How to identify best retail outlets for my homemade, deluxe pasta?
Q. My homemade pasta uses the finest herbs and wholewheat flour. I currently sell at art fairs and farmers' markets. I want to identify either retail outlets or trade shows which would expose my pasta to the best possible retail stores.
Asked by Terrance3047 - Mon Apr 21 16:36:12 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Go around your locality and see if a particular grocery is a place you'd like your pasta to be purchased. Ask yourself the following questions: - does this retail/food/grocery store match the image you want to project for your product (e.g you don't want to sell a high end product targeting high income individuals in a discount store) - how can I get my product into that store? Who should you talk to? What are their requirements? - in the event the store actually likes your product and plan to sell it, can you deliver? If they order 5,000 packs right now, can you actually fulfill it? As for trade shows, check out sites such as TSNN.com which lists trade shows per industry and find those that cater to your product

A. It well never happen, Suggested Retail is what the dealers will sell it to you for. Trade in value is what you need to look at with the VUE. The trade in value is the max. they will give you and they will never give you the condition of great or excellent. Good is the best, not maybe at dealerships the rule. Sell it yourself, that is the only way to get the most money out of it. They don't care about records, if it wasn't maintained at their dealership they don't care. And never go sticker to sticker with a dealer, make a cash offer get the price locked go to the bank and get a check. If you play sticker or payments they win. Cash, no credit, no credit checks ever, and deal with one guy only, don't deal with three different people. If he… [cont.]
