My company offers administrative services, specializing in grants management, event planning, desktop publishing, speadsheets, Powerpoint presentations, resume preparation, business plan development and human resource management. Our servcies are virtual in nature as well as on-site services, so we have the flexibility of offering our services locally as well as virutally. Is there anywhere I can promote my services for little or no money?

A. Well you caught my attention. Your kind of services is what alot of us online business need. If they are affordable services I expect your business to explode if you got it on the World Wide Web. On Yahoo home page under business they have free web sites. They also have differant packages for differant business. It was the best decision I ever made to advertize on Yahoo. I also bought my domain name for 1.99 for the year. This sent my business off to an incredible start. Send us a message when you get started. Ive often hope for a business like yours. It would keep cost down and help me keep my sites on whats important thats business. Not the paper trail.

How can I contract structural engineering services for a sculpture online and inexpensively?
Q. I need to have the strength of a bent piece of sheet metal analyzed to see the maximum load it can support given some gauge of stainless steel. I would also like some process engineering services to determine the best way to assemble the final sculpture. I would like to know the best and most economical way to contract these services online.

Some sculptors have hired firms like these, but you need a wealthy sponsor such as the City of New York or whomever. Or you could get yourself a copy of Solid Works and do your own analysis. Or you could build a test piece and measure the failure load yourself. Sculptors and civil engineers are not generally a happy mix. You will have your work cut out for you, as all sculptors do. A. I recommend visiting scrapbooking forums and posting your services on their sites, if the forum rules allow it. Alternatively, do you have a website? There are many hosting companies that can help you create a website even with average computer experience. Alternatively, have you considered attending your community fairs this spring and summer to have a booth? You might contact your local city government and find out if you can teach a class for free on scrapbooking how-to's for the community rec center. Go to senior centers, church groups, and volunteer to teach them. You'll have a chance to introduce yourself and tastefully tell them you offer these services.
