Q. I run a retail business and am trying to track down the company which is responsible for the wholesale distribution of a range of Moomins gift products within the UK. I already stock Moomins greetings cards and would love to carry a range of other Moomins products but am struggling to find the licensed distributors. Can anyone help?

A. Using a multiplier of NET is the place to start. That is your baseline. Then anyone looking to buy you business they will be looking at stability. Three years is not bad, but five is better. Then they will be looking to see if your growth is sustainable. Is your building included? What is the cost to value. You have obviously done a good job getting this business going. You may be the biggest asset of the company. As such, if you want to cash out, the company would be worth a lot less. Again, as a previous responder said, there are many variables. There is no simple equation to value any company. Good luck and congratulations for building a successful company. It's not easy.

Q. I am currently in the DEP with the rating of AECF, (EL6) set to ship 20080204. I imagine I will get some pretty good training with troubleshooting electronics, and most FC's and ET's iv'e talked to love their job. My thing is that, I would like to eventually own my own warehouse, and do business with international wholesale distribution. Due to that fact, I was thinking that SK (storekeeper) would be a good rate for me. The recruiters seem puzzled that I would want to give up AECF for SK given my high asvab score and bonus that I will get with AECF. How can I avoid being liable for a product I am distributing?

Q. There is such a glut of useless information and rip offs on the net, I have a small Bricks and Mortar store, and would like to start carrying some electronics accessories of decent quality and possibly even some of the electronics themselves. We have a website that we sell items through however our stock is hard to come by. Can anyone suggest some good leads to purchase items wholesale in bulk for discounted rates? I don't know how all the other stores do it, or who their distribution is, but the online distributors seem to be even higher priced than the local big box retail stores of amazon. Very odd, but they actually have people buying from them. Please help if you can...thanks.

I cannot find a HD and Blu-Ray DVD wholesale distributor, how does BestBuy/Target get their HD+Blu-Ray DVDs?
Q. Hey everyone, I have a project on distribution related to my business plan and I am not able to find a HD and Blu-Ray DVD wholesaler. Does anyone know where I can find a reliable HD and Blu-Ray DVD wholesaler with the prices, whether it is online or over the phone? So far I have found regular DVD wholesalers, but none of them carry HD and Blu-Ray discs (please do not post websites that claim they sell wholesale HD DVDs because in the end are a waste of time).
